Chicken and Leek Risotto mix


A gluten-free dried risotto rice mix, with chicken stock and dried leeks, serves 4 and easy to prepare. 330g

  • Allergens

    Sulphites (naturally occuring)

  • Ingredients

    Dried Arborio Rice, Chicken Stock (9%) (water, chicken stock, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, sugar), Dried Leeks (2%), Dried Onion, Dried Garlic.

  • Method to prepare

    Add packet mix to a pan with 1300ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and then simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed into the rice. Stir regularly. 
    Optional – add cooked chicken.
    Season to taste.
